Delivery Driver (Customer Envoy)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Delivery Driver to join their team in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear. This is a full-time, permanent role with a focus on customer service and logistics.
About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Envoy who will be the face of our business, travelling around their area delivering products while maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels and handle returns within a specific geographical area
- Load, unload, prepare and operate a delivery vehicle
- Identify and visit new customers whilst increasing existing customer spend
- Support the branch warehouse by undertaking reasonable duties including periodic stocktakes
- Work closely with the Sales team to identify and progress opportunities
Requirements
- Valid driving license is required
- Passion and drive to succeed with a proactive attitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer relationship building skills
- Ability to work as one team and support other branch locations
