Your Impact

We are seeking a motivated Technical Writer to support our Finance Automation solution. You will create and maintain high-quality documentation, apply content design principles, collaborate with UX and product teams, and explore AI tools to improve documentation workflows.

  • Produce user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base content
  • Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
  • Apply content design principles to improve clarity and findability
  • Partner with UX and design teams on in-product content (microcopy, tooltips, error messages)
  • Leverage AI tools for drafting, editing, and content structuring
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of technical writing for complex software products (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Experience with content design and user-centered content strategies
  • Work with UX/design teams on customer experience and in-product content
  • Proficiency in MadCap Flare, HTML, XML, Docs as Code (Git, Markdown)
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI)
  • AI mindset – experience incorporating AI tools into documentation workflows
