Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a Accounts Assistant at our Volkswagen Dealership in Liverpool working for our Seat/VWG department.

Role and Responsibilities

• Checking accuracy and validity of incoming invoices.
• Daily and weekly banking reports
• Updating and answering queries from our suppliers.
• Updating internal computer systems.
• Chasing and allocating debtors
• Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger duties – including inputting invoices, allocating payments and payment runs

The ideal candidate will

• Be confident with various computer software and confident in learning new systems and most importantly have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience of at least 12 months in a similar role
• The candidate must have purchase ledger experience
• Have a good understanding of Mathematics
• Hold a GCSE qualification of a Grade C or 4 and above in Maths
