We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Administrator to join our Fleet dealership in Tamworth.
Key Responsibilities
- Keeping track of vehicles due to arrive on site and updating systems so the team knows vehicles are arriving.
- Keeping track of vehicles to leave site for conversion and additional work.
- Preparing vehicles' relevant paperwork and approvals to leave site for delivery to customers as well as final vehicle preparation and valeting.
- Keeping track of vehicles due for preparation and delivery and ensuring keys and accessories that need to go into the vehicle are ready for a team of drivers to move the vehicles to site.
Requirements
- Confident with various computer software and confident in learning new systems.
- An eye for detail and accuracy.
- While not essential, experience with preparation of commercial vehicles and makes, models and conversions would be a great advantage.
