We’re looking for an experienced Retail Manager / Business Manager to join our Skoda dealership in Wolverhampton.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising customers on finance and insurance products, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Building rapport quickly with customers and recommending appropriate products
- Monitoring F&I performance against budget and addressing any shortfalls
- Assisting management with planning, forecasting, and revising dealership strategies
- Coaching and developing the team to meet business objectives
- Monitoring performance, measuring outcomes, and providing regular feedback to the General Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Retail Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong relationship-building, negotiating, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Honest, professional, and solutions-focused with strong integrity
- Full, clean UK driving licence
