The Vacancy

About You

Are you a highly organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment? Do you enjoy being at the centre of activity, keeping teams aligned, processes running smoothly, and supporting others to deliver results?

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to play a key role within our Sales team, working closely with the Sales Director and Area Sales Managers to support the delivery of key business targets. Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll help ensure consistency, efficiency and accuracy across sales processes, systems and reporting.

This role requires someone with strong administrative and coordination experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with pace and accuracy. You will be confident working with systems and data, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and play an important role in maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting, and ensuring processes are followed.

You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and the wider business, so strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset are essential. From coordinating resources and supporting recruitment activity to managing systems, events and key processes, you will be instrumental in keeping the Commercial function running effectively.

Above all, you will bring energy, organisation, and a commitment to delivering high standards in everything you do, playing a vital role in supporting the delivery of sales performance and wider business objectives.

You will be based at our Hatfield office for a minimum of two days each week.

Your Impact

  • Be the Coordination Hub: Act as a key point of support for the Sales Director and ASMs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Support Sales Operations: Assist with resource planning, onboarding new starters, and ensuring teams are fully equipped and supported
  • Manage Systems & Data: Maintain and update Salesforce, support sales releases, and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Drive Process & Accuracy: Process purchase orders, invoices, payments and commission data with high levels of accuracy
  • Own Reporting & Insight: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Coordinate Activity: Organise meetings, events, travel, and regional activities, ensuring everything runs seamlessly
  • Support Sales Processes: Assist with diary booking systems, development set up, and key sales milestones
  • Enable Team Performance: Provide administrative and operational support to ensure teams can focus on delivering results

What we are looking for

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in administration, coordination or sales support within a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance
  • Experience working with systems and data (Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM)
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused with strong problem-solving ability
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure
