Sales Consultant

We are seeking someone with a proven track record in customer-focused, target-driven sales, ideally with estate agency or housebuilding experience, who combines a strong commercial mindset with exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

This role is more than sales. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a major life decision with care and confidence. Success comes from balancing customer needs with business goals, proactively managing your pipeline, and driving measurable results—all while being part of a high-performing, agile team shaping the future of retirement living.

What You Will Do

  • Achieve Sales Success: Hit your sales targets by negotiating competitive deals, while maximising margin and protecting our average sales price.
  • Tailored Customer Experience: Provide personalised service, guiding customers through their journey and ensuring they feel valued and understood.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a customer-centric sales environment, with a proven track record in a target-driven setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen, organisational skills, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
