Reward Specialist

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a detail-driven and commercially aware Reward Specialist to join the People Support team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring colleagues are rewarded accurately, fairly, and competitively. Based in Bournemouth with hybrid working.

About You

We are looking for a detail-driven and commercially aware Reward Specialist to join our People Support team. You will thrive if you are naturally analytical, organised, and confident working with data, with a clear understanding of how effective reward drives engagement and performance. You bring at least two years’ experience in Reward and/or Payroll, with a strong grasp of payroll legislation including HMRC, National Minimum Wage, and GDPR. You’re highly skilled in Excel and data analysis, with experience in reward modelling and reporting, and a reputation for exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2 years’ experience in Payroll and/or Reward
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation (HMRC, NMW, GDPR)
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
  • Experience in reward modelling and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
