House Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a customer-centric House Manager to lead their estate at Brindley Gardens, Wolverhampton. This is a permanent, part-time role (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a salary of £22,557.60 actual plus benefits.

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working throughout the year.
Salary: £22,557.60 actual plus benefits and bonus.

About the Role
We are seeking a customer-centric House Manager to exemplify high-quality customer standards. Key duties include welcoming new homeowners, providing professional front-of-house service, being the first point of contact, collaborating with partners and suppliers, managing the development (gardens and grounds), facilitating social interaction, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

- Awareness of basic Health & Safety (advantageous).

- Previous/current first aid qualifications (advantageous, training provided).
