Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support our vibrant Lysander House community in Ickenham, Uxbridge. This role is central to delivering exceptional service and seamless support alongside our Estate Manager.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: £13.41 per hour
- Flexible Working Hours: 16 hours per week, permanent contract, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage appointments, meetings, and events.
- Invoicing & Financial Administration: Prepare, issue, and track invoices using accounting software; manage petty cash.
- Rostering & Scheduling: Oversee staff rotas.
- Communication & Correspondence: Handle emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Document Management: Maintain files and ensure data protection compliance.
- General Administrative Support: Order supplies, manage office equipment, support projects.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Proven administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience in a care or residential setting.
- Knowledge of invoicing and financial procedures.
- Experience with rostering and scheduling systems.
