Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support our vibrant Lysander House community in Ickenham, Uxbridge. This role is central to delivering exceptional service and seamless support alongside our Estate Manager.

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: £13.41 per hour
  • Flexible Working Hours: 16 hours per week, permanent contract, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Invoicing & Financial Administration: Prepare, issue, and track invoices using accounting software; manage petty cash.
  • Rostering & Scheduling: Oversee staff rotas.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Document Management: Maintain files and ensure data protection compliance.
  • General Administrative Support: Order supplies, manage office equipment, support projects.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in a care or residential setting.
  • Knowledge of invoicing and financial procedures.
  • Experience with rostering and scheduling systems.
