Key Responsibilities

  • Act as CareLineLive system administrator and super user.
  • Monitor team performance data and conduct audits.
  • Coach and support team for professional growth.
  • Manage ticketing system for issue resolution.
  • Deliver onboarding and training on CareLineLive.
  • Support regional teams with service metrics and capacity modelling.
  • Take ownership of coordination activities for business continuity.

About You

You bring experience in care coordination or domiciliary care, advanced knowledge of CareLineLive, team leadership skills, regulatory compliance understanding, and ability to use data for improvement.
