[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a global financial services group. The EMEA Transaction Legal team is responsible for legal advice and documentation for Global Markets and Investment Banking transactions. This role supports the Risk Solutions business on hedging and derivatives products.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Risk Solutions business on structuring, negotiation and execution of loan-linked hedging, deal contingent trades, novations and other ancillary hedging arrangements.
• Familiarity with ISDA Master Agreements, Intercreditor Agreements, Facilities Agreements, Deal Contingent Long Form Confirmations and Introducer Agreements.
• Advise on finance linked secured hedging and FX and interest rate deal contingent transactions.
• Analyse hedging rights and obligations in loan agreements and intercreditor agreements.
• Analyse and advise internal stakeholders on legal risks.
• Execute transactions from structuring stage to execution.

Qualifications

• English qualified lawyer with experience in derivatives and structured transactions.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical and advisory skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Desire to improve processes and influence change.
