Parts Advisor

The right candidate will have the dedication, efficiency and attention-to-detail required for working with the Parts Department to the benefit of the department and dealership. Timely and careful execution of work and excellent organisation skills with reference to retail, trade, workshop sales and goods inwards are all key attributes of our ideal candidate.

The Bentley Parts Advisor will be able to ensure the efficient running of the Parts Department, ensuring customers are served in a polite and responsible manner, and Technicians are served as quickly and accurately as possible.   • You will have previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the motor industry.
  • You will be able to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
  • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to multiple audiences.
  • You will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service to both external customers and the internal Parts and Service Department.
