Weekend Sales Assistant

Overview

Our store in Wakefield is looking for a minimum 8 hrs per week Weekend Sales Assistant to support us over our busy weekends. With customer focus the number one priority, our Sales Assistants are the first point of call for lending a helping hand and are always interacting with customers, ensuring they leave with exactly what they want and a positive lasting impression so they will return again and again.

What you'll be doing

• Tills – Serving customers with purchases or returns and taking care to check that all items are complete and that fragile items are packed securely.
• Shop floor – Assisting customers to find products and providing an excellent memorable service.
• Hosting – Using iPad systems to order products for delivery and providing a Made To Measure service for bespoke curtains and blinds.
• Stock and Delivery – A physical role with heavy lifting, focusing on merchandising, price changes, stock control, and replenishment.
