Mercedes-Benz Service / Warranty Administrator

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a similar automotive role. You must be prepared to go above and beyond for a customer in a quick paced environment.

Duties

  • Input warranty and R&M claim details from job cards
  • Produce R&M and warranty invoices
  • Ensure all claims are transmitted successfully to R&M and warranty providers
  • Identify which parts are for return and disposal, and inform the relevant parts department of required action
  • Investigate any rejected claims and resubmit where relevant
  • Cost and invoice retail work
  • Process Warranty/ R&M credit payments for work claimed
  • Work closely within the administration team

Essential Criteria

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse and collate data in order to provide clear and comprehensible information
  • Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of Kerridge/Autoline / Keyloop system
  • Previous Warranty/R&M claim experience
  • Previous commercial vehicle experience
  • Previous motor trade experience
