Supervisor - Terminal Operations

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Supervisor - Terminal Operations (Late Shift) in Southampton, GBR. This role leads operational teams to ensure safe, efficient cargo handling.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, company and customer requirements.
Assign tasks, conduct safety briefings and optimise resource use (both labour and equipment).
Lead onboarding and training for new staff; monitor performance and recommend development.
Communicate policy changes and maintain professional standards.
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standard operating practices, with recommendations for action and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work from 13:30 to 22:00 Monday to Friday.
Flexible attitude to work times and arrangements.
Able to problem solve in a dynamic working environment.
IT literacy essential.
Health & Safety experience in an operational environment.
Fluent English language skills required.
Full clean driving license.
