Where And How We Work

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we are hybrid. For London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona-based teammates, we ask that you spend 3 days a week in the office during your first 6 months, then shift to 1 day a week.

About the role

You'll be the operational and analytical backbone of the Product organization, owning work critical to running an efficient, high-performing organisation. This role is a senior individual contributor with broad scope, high autonomy, and direct exposure to product leadership.

What you'll do

  • Product strategy & operations (~60%): Run high-impact strategic and operational projects for the product org – working with engineering on software delivery processes, running cost-efficiency initiatives, defining budgets for AI training and infrastructure.
  • Commercial & analytical work (~25%): Lead negotiations with API/technology providers, partner with Product Analytics, analyze pricing strategies and unit economics, partner with Finance.
  • Strategic support to the CPO (~15%): Act as thought partner on strategic planning, support board materials and leadership-level decision making.

What success looks like

  • Helped the product org move faster or operate more efficiently in measurable ways.
  • Identified and driven meaningful cost or margin improvements.
  • Built trust as a go-to problem solver for product leadership.

What you bring

  • Experience in a fast-moving start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Background in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, investing (VC/PE), or in-house strategy, finance, or BizOps roles (preferred).
  • Strong analytical judgment.
  • A natural sense of ownership.
  • Solid understanding of how software products are built and scaled.
  • Strong finance fundamentals including P&L, unit economics, and cost structures.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Preference for senior IC roles.
  • Resourcefulness in navigating contracts, legal, and commercial topics.
