The Role

As a Store Manager, your primary focus will be crafting and delivering unparalleled customer service and experiences. You will cultivate a team, build community connections, and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for creating 'top box' goals, recruiting and upskilling your team, and managing store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive sales growth by analysing business metrics and setting targets.
  • Ensure the shop is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Manage the shop’s financials, controlling costs and stock levels.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
  • Plan and implement in-store and external events.
