Role Summary
The Global Head of Project Execution is a senior management role responsible for leading the delivery of complex programmes and projects across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], including acquisitions, significant regulatory changes, and cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Project Execution team
- Act as point of escalation for the team
- Deliver complex programmes within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality
- Ensure project execution phase readiness and compliance
- Provide Steering Group engagement
- Lead programme governance
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Monitor and report on project performance
- Define and oversee benefits realisation plans
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Change Policy
Skills and Experience
- Proven leadership in managing large cross-functional teams
- Track record of delivering complex programmes
- Strong governance and risk management understanding
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in Target Operating Models
- Ability to operate in high-pressure environments
- Industry knowledge in financial services (preferred)
- Relevant qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP)
