OTC Energy Sales (VN2707)

This full-time role involves providing high-quality sales coverage across EMEA for OTC commodity products, developing a client portfolio, and working closely with internal stakeholders. Requires at least 2 years experience in global commodity markets, particularly European Environmental and Energy markets, and knowledge of financial derivatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality sales coverage across the EMA region for OTC Commodities clients of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Solutions
  • Create value and capture revenue from existing client base and build own direct client base
  • Work closely with brokers across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and other divisions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Credit, Compliance, Legal, etc.)
  • Direct client correspondence with corporates, banks, trading houses
  • Support senior team members with client coverage and business development
  • Strategise to increase P&L through market and product analysis
  • Ensure compliance with FCA, NFA, AMF, AFM, MAS regulations
  • Adhere to operational risk framework

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in global commodity markets, especially European Environmental and Energy markets
  • Good knowledge of financial derivatives and hedging structures
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgement
  • Experience in regulated environment; prior FCA certification a bonus
