Position Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for owning, managing, and driving the full sales cycle from the first contact through closing new sales. This position will target C-Suite and Board level executives across key industry verticals to grow our cloud-based meeting management software solution for the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities through cold-call prospecting, networking, trade shows, and lead follow up.
- Manage inbound and outbound prospects in a full cycle capacity, from lead to close within SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Mentor SDR partners on discovery tactics and objection handling.
- Present technology to prospective clients in person or remotely (Zoom, phone, etc.).
- Own and maintain a sales pipeline using consultive selling methodology.
- Remain in frequent contact with customers to ensure long-term relationships.
- Use [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] systems to organize, track and maintain prospect and customer records.
- Work with Customer Success for smooth onboarding.
- Engage with Product and Marketing teams to validate product strategy.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of success in B2B software sales or lead generation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience selling to C-suite directors and executives (plus).
- Proficient with MS Office product suites.
- Experience using Salesforce.com (plus).
- Industry experience in higher education, healthcare, or financial institutions (plus).
- Familiarity with Board and Compliance applications (bonus).
