About the Role

Joining us, you'll be undertaking the Bid Management of both Work Winning Bids as well as the delivery of projects in preferred bidder status - on time and within budget to a successful conclusion, positioning [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] with the best possible chance of success.

  • Work Winning - You'll be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of the bid, ensuring effective and inspirational bid management is provided, establishing winning strategies, implementing writing plans as quality lead. Understanding and interacting with the overall [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] business to allow projection of benefits to customers through our proposals, you'll propose our programme strategy, whilst providing support and assistant to other bid team members.
  • Preferred Bidder – As Bid Lead you'll offer leadership and strategy to other Bid Team members whilst fostering excellent relationships with our Clients to ensure we deliver an excellent Customer Experience through effective management of Design, Cost and Programme whilst communicating effectively with our Senior Leadership Team.

About You

An experienced Bid Manager, you'll ideally be educated to degree level, with a track record of winning profitable work within a similar role. An expert in the tendering process, you'll have the ability to research our projects and clients to demonstrate an understanding of our client's key drivers, communicating our differentiators and approach. You'll be competent in Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent and be a great team player, working within a Teamwork Culture. A full UK driving licence is essential.
