People & Development Coordinator

Within the Scotland Division, projects span the Central Belt and Inverness, focusing on education, healthcare, and residential care. This role reports to the Regional HR Business Partner and involves collaborating with HR, L&D, and community partners.

What We Need From You

  • Ability to provide or obtain right to work in the UK.
  • Travel to Eurocentral office and support wider projects.
  • Qualification or skills at SCQF Level 6 or higher.
  • Maintain high-quality data, manage systems, build working relationships.
  • First point of contact for HR queries, manage onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate L&D training activity, maintain L&D database.
  • Support planning and delivery of social value initiatives.
  • Passion for the industry and delivering exceptional places.
