About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and talented People Development Administrator to support the Digital People Development Manager with the delivery of the People Development Strategy across the national business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training plans in collaboration with the wider team
  • Administer nationally delivered programmes and workshops including venue bookings, calendar scheduling, delegate communications, pre and post course activities
  • Manage 360 feedback process
  • Manage the Psychometric Insights Portal
  • Maintain accurate training records and be first-line support for HR system (iTrent), Performance Management system (Talos 360 – formerly Appraisd), and Learning Management System (Docebo)
  • Track learner progress from enrolment to completion
  • Support compliance tracking and reporting for Central Management Team
  • Manage SHE compliance for Central Management Team
  • Generate reports on learning activity, compliance and programme effectiveness using Business Objects
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, process invoices, and support recharge processes
  • Claim CITB grants relating to Central Management Team

Requirements

  • Experience working with HR and/or Learning Management Systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams essential)
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role (L&D or HR desirable)
