About the Role
As a Senior Digital Construction Manager, you will support the development of the Digital Construction strategy, functional improvement and lead its implementation across the business, embedding [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Digital Construction processes, procedures and best practice. You will support bids and frameworks by interpreting Digital Construction requirements, shaping practical delivery strategies aligned to client needs and supply chain capability, and upskilling through training and ongoing support.
About You
- Construction Expertise
- Working knowledge of Digital Construction standards and best practice (including ISO 19650 / UK BIM Framework).
- Technical Acumen: Ability to navigate and verify model and asset data (including understanding of COBie, IFC and how information links across platforms). Technical knowledge of common Digital Construction tools (e.g. Revit, Autodesk BIM Collaborate, Solibri).
- Communication and Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional teams and external partners. Ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and system onboarding initiatives.
