What we need from you

Reporting to the SHE Manager for our Scotland Region, we are looking for a committed SHE professional who will provide expertise and direction ensuring continuous improvement to safety, health, environment (SHE) performance and promote a positive SHE culture.

  • You will need to be able to provide or obtain the right to work in the UK.
  • You will need to be able to drive and provide or obtain a full UK Driving Licence to travel across our projects.
  • Are you an experienced SHE Advisor or Senior SHE Advisor or looking for that step up?
  • You will have a qualification at SCQF Level 10 (e.g. Degree level), and preferably be NEBOSH certified.
  • Be responsible for monitoring compliance to relevant legislation, company policies, processes and standards.
  • Set and maintain standards of SHE practice and deliver relevant awareness training.
  • Monitor competencies of all staff and advise on shortfalls.
  • Communicate effectively with other SHE staff, directors and teams.
  • Have a real passion for the role and want to deliver exceptionally.
