Job Description

We are hiring Construction Graduates for our London & Home Counties region, starting September 2026. The graduate program focuses on Design Management. Candidates need a degree accredited by RICS or CIOB. The role is project/office based with occasional remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured development programme covering personal development and technical themes.
- Work on a range of exciting projects across the region.
- Receive mentorship and support to expand chartered membership.
Requirements
- Degree accredited by a chartered body (RICS, CIOB) at lower second or above.
- Ability to travel or drive to remote site locations.
- Exposure to a construction/engineering environment.
- Enthusiasm for the chosen career path.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
