About the Role

Joining our team, you’ll manage the site, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy. Supervising all direct labour as necessary, you’ll coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors involved on site to ensure all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme.

About You

We’re looking for candidates who have proven experience working in a Senior Site Manager role, educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline, ideally you’ll have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes, between £5 and £20 million and hold CITB 5 day SMSTS, First Aid at work and relevant CSCS card. A full UK driving licence is essential.
