About the Role

Joining our team, you’ll manage each scheme ensuring adherence to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s safety & quality policies, procedures and standards, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy. You’ll coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors involved along with effectively liaising with client & stakeholders to ensure all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the agreed project objectives.

About You

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering schemes in a standalone capacity (Project Lead) and as part of a wider delivery team.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with degree or HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Demonstrable awareness of implementing procedures under both JCT & NEC forms of contract.
  • Ideally experience on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5-20 million.
  • CITB 5 day course, valid SMSTS, valid CSCS managers safety accreditation, full First Aid & Temporary Works competency.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
