About the Role

You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties business, where you will:

  • Prepare a tender planning report that highlights for the team key planning, programming and logistical requirements of the project.
  • Attend site visit and document findings.
  • Aide with the preparation of informed programmes based on known outputs and sequences.
  • Engagement with Supply Chain and Operational Team on anticipated periods and sequence.
  • Look for opportunities for innovation that are shared with the team.
  • Prepare programme commentaries that articulate an understanding of the way [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] intend to approach and execute the project.
  • Take an active role in preparing and delivering project presentations.
  • Carry out regular project audits ensuring that projects are kept on programme and where required drafting mitigation reports.
  • Aiding the Operational Teams with on site programme support.
  • Track and monitor PCSA programmes and aide with the development of work flow and sequence.

About You

Ideally you will have:

  • Main Contractor experience with sound knowledge of construction practices and standards.
  • Good understanding of construction techniques and educated to professional level with a relevant degree or equivalent.
  • Business and commercial awareness to actively measure and monitor performance.
  • Numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information.
