About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and talented Head of Design Management.
- To provide leadership, direction, support and guidance supported by coaching and mentoring for the Design Managers
- Ensure consistency and adherence to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] processes and procedures.
- Communicate Group direction and procedural change via regular communication and instigate forums to promote best practice/lessons learnt/Innovation
- Manage resource with commercial consideration in collaboration with the Business Unit Senior Leadership team
- Promote a collaborative culture with a hands-on team engagement approach
- Create a regular means of 2-way-communication with our core external consultants
You will be educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline and you will be a member of an industry recognised professional institute (eg. RIBA or CIOB). A full UK driving licence is essential.
