About the Role

Joining [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you'll be responsible for submitting completed bids at all stages to existing or prospective customers, on time and within budget, whilst ensuring all questions have been answered as fully as possible, positioning [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] with the best possible chance of success.

Joining us, you'll be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of bids, ensuring effective and inspirational bid management and leadership is provided on all tenders, whilst establishing winning strategies, implementing writing plans for quality lead bids. Understanding and interacting with the overall [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] business to allow projection of benefits to customers through our proposals, you'll propose and deliver our commercial and programme strategy, whilst providing support and assistance to our bid team members.

About You

  • Experienced Bid Manager, ideally degree educated
  • Track record of winning profitable work within operational role (project manager level preferred)
  • Expert in the tendering process with ability to research projects and clients
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence essential
