About the Role
You'll maintain commercial information to the contract, satisfying the needs of both the customer and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in terms of reporting contract commercial performance, whilst contributing to achieving the appropriate commercial result through the provision of accurate financial reporting. Managing subcontractor supplier accounts, financially and contractually, you'll identify, secure and deliver the business forecast in both turnover and margin, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.
About You
- Experienced Surveyor with BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Working towards professional membership (e.g. RICS, CIOB)
- CSCS Card holder
- Knowledge of company management systems including Commercial and Financial
- Experience on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes (£5m-£15m)
- Full UK driving licence essential
