Project Manager

The role involves managing multi-disciplinary projects from conception to completion, ensuring Perfect Delivery. Candidates should have degree-level education, proven experience as a PM on construction sites, SMSTS 5-day safety qualification, CSCS card, knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and a full UK driving licence. Experience on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5-20 million and tier 1 contractor experience is advantageous. About the Role

You’ll join us to successfully manage the allocated multi-disciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and in accordance with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standards, whilst ensuring Perfect Delivery is achieved.

About You

We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant industry subject and who has proven experience as a Project Manager, working on a construction site. You will have completed a SMSTS 5-day safety qualification and hold a relevant CSCS card, and have sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations. You will have good planning and time management skills and have some experience of supervising a team. You will be confident when it comes to setting out earthworks and structures and have a good understanding of bill of quantities. Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million would be advantageous, along with tier 1 contractor experience. A full UK driving licence is essential.
