About the Role
As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll manage large scale or complicated multi-disciplinary construction schemes or sites and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standards.
About You
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Be a CSCS card holder.
- Be self-motivated and results orientated with a positive outlook.
- Have good management skills, with the ability to motivate employees to achieve high standard of compliance.
- Have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills; able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards or quality.
- Have sound knowledge of the construction industry.
- Can ensure standards and specifications are met.
- Have excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills and be able to make a sound business to senior stakeholders.
- Chartered membership of a professional institution (desirable).
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
