About the Scotland Team

The Construction Scotland Division works on projects across the Central Belt and Inverness, supporting the Highland Investment Plan. Projects include education, healthcare, and residential care facilities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Applying best practice to commercial processes to maximise profit
  • Identifying and reducing redundant costs
  • Preparing monthly invoices, handling variations, claims, and disputes
  • Conducting project financial forecasts
  • Being the go-to person for contractual, commercial, and regulatory procedures

What We Offer

  • Salary starting at £26,227.50 per annum with 5% progression every 6 months
  • Company car or car allowance (or £3,000 annual travel allowance)
  • Monetary award of £500-£1250 upon completion of qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum three Scottish Highers including English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel
