Graduate Site Manager

The graduate development programme provides key skills relevant to your technical discipline, personal development and professional body qualification.
What You Will Be Doing
- Working on one of our inspiring construction sites and helping preparation for the day.
- Learning about project costs to support future bids.
- Being the first point of contact for general site enquiries for operational support teams and our supply chain.
- Building relationships with our supply chain to ensure safety, health, environmental, and social value goals are achieved.

- Starting salary of £30,000.00 with salary progression of up to 5% every 6 months over 24 months.

Requirements
- A minimum lower second degree, preferably a CIOB accredited degree such as BSc (Hons) Construction Management, BSc (Hons) Construction Engineering Management, BSc (Hons) Construction Project Management or equivalent.
- A problem solver
- Self-motivated
- Some supervision skills
- Ability to manage a given list of tasks
- Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
- Some knowledge of construction practices and standards within their subject
- Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to handle situations and problems
- Know when to ask for help and guidance
