Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Administrator. The successful candidate will be joining the existing business IT Team of passionate and dedicated professionals. We are looking for someone with good attention to detail, willing to bring new ideas whilst having the desire to learn new skills. Knowledge of the construction industry is not necessary, it’s more important for us that we have someone who can bring the skills to support and shape the department going forward.
Ideally, we would like the candidate to have proven administration experience, knowledge of office management systems and also be proficient with Microsoft Office and any previous experience in business IT would be an advantage but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of MSC Business IT Team
- Direct admin support to the Head of Business IT MSC
- Managing and distributing information among co-workers, answering IT queries, and completing other administrative work
- Travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate systems
