Location: Cambridge | Contract: Permanent - Full Time | Salary: Not specified
About the Role
Joining us as a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress, leading and providing a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design management service for our customers, key partners, suppliers at bid and delivery stages.
About You
- Previous experience on both in both bid and PCSA stages of two-stage tendering procurement
- Previously worked within the design management function of a main contractor
- Sound technical knowledge of design packages
- Comfortable inputting at the key stages of a project including consultant selection, procurement, and project delivery
- Educated to degree level or HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline
- Ideally a member of an industry recognised professional institute (e.g. RIBA / CIAT / CIOB)
- Experience of working on Educational, Commercial/Science and Tech, Defence schemes between £5 and £75 million would be advantageous
- A full UK driving licence is essential
