Project Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver construction projects in the Cardiff area. This is a permanent full-time position based on-site in Cardiff.
About the Role
- Manage all aspects of the contract to a satisfactory conclusion
- Liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Ensure a continuously improving health and safety culture
- Manage site to time, cost and quality targets
- Inform and consult with stakeholders and the public as appropriate
- Rigorously manage project costs and record expenditure accurately
- Proactively deliver quality installations to customer satisfaction
- Deliver high performance in health and safety, environment and quality

- Manage project risks and opportunities
- Actively promote continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage costs within contract parameters ensuring maximum resource utilisation
Requirements
- Good understanding of construction techniques
- HNC or HND (or equivalent) in Construction Management or related subject
- Experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Passion for projects and inclusive teamwork
