Senior Site Manager

This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary with the benefit of a Company Car or Cash Allowance. The role is predominantly site-based across the Central Belt including Edinburgh, Glasgow, North Lanarkshire, Ayrshire, East Dunbartonshire, and Dumfries.

What we need from you
Reporting to an Operational Senior Management Team member in Scotland, you will lead and motivate the team, coordinate site personnel, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards. Key requirements include:
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Extensive construction experience as a Senior Site Manager
- Qualification at SCQF Level 8/9/10 (e.g., HND, Degree) and hold SMSTS, SEATS, and appropriate CSCS card
- Ability to manage multiple projects and high-performing teams
- Diligent preparation and checking of information
- Preferably CIOB accredited
- Passion for delivering exceptional places
