About the Role

An Apprentice Site Manager position at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] starting September 2025. You will gain first-class on-the-job experience on construction sites, supported by line management and skilled colleagues. The Early Careers Development Programme allows you to earn while you learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on inspiring construction sites and helping prepare for the day.
  • Learning about project costs to support future bids.
  • Being the first point of contact for general site enquiries for operational support teams and our supply chain.
  • Building relationships with our supply chain to ensure safety, health, environmental, and social value goals are achieved.

Entry Requirements

  • A Level BBB or equivalent
  • BTEC National Diploma DDM or Access to HE with 24 Distinctions 21 Merits
  • Equivalent Level 3 qualifications worth 120 UCAS points
  • 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English (or equivalent)
