About the Role
You'll join us to be responsible and accountable for the technical engineering management on parts or all of a project depending on size, requiring planning and programming capability. You will have experience of setting out and you will be fully conversant with the use of EDM/total station instruments. Experience of maintaining quality inspection records and undertaking inspections is a pre requisite as is managing technical information flow between the design team and delivery team.
About You
- Educated to professional level with a relevant degree or equivalent in a core business discipline
- Thorough understanding and experience in the use of construction methods, health & safety and legal regulations
- Fully conversant with the use of robotic total station instruments along with some experience of AutoCAD
- Experience working on large complex projects and a good understanding of mitigating ground risks such as underground services
- Experience of managing large groundworks sub contract packages
- Excellent management skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Hold CITB CSCS Site Supervisor – Gold Card
- Proficient knowledge in health, safety, legal and environmental legislation
- Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, or Defence schemes between £30 and £100 million advantageous
- A full UK driving licence is essential
