Degree Apprentice - Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
- Applying best practice to commercial processes to maximise profit
- Identifying and driving out redundant costs
- Supporting preparation and closure of monthly invoices, variations, claims, and disputes
- Learning to conduct project financial forecasts
- Becoming the go-to person for contractual, commercial, and regulatory procedures

- Salary starting at National Living Wage (minimum £21,250) with 5% progression every 6 months

Requirements
- 2 A Levels grade B or BTEC National Diploma DDM or equivalent (128 UCAS points)
- 5 GCSEs grade 4 or above including Maths and English
- Ability to travel to sites for on-the-job learning
- Eagerness to develop and promote the industry
