Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

You’ll provide commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of the contracted work by taking the commercial lead in a geographical focused team, managing your own projects, preferably 2 Stage. Responsible for the provision of accurate and timely commercial reports, you’ll provide advice to the management team, whilst ensuring the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.

About You

  • An experienced Senior Surveyor, you’ll ideally be educated to BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), working towards a professional membership (e.g. RICS/CIOB) and will hold a relevant CSCS Card.
  • With detailed knowledge of company management systems including Commercial and Financial, you’ll ideally have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million and will have managed quantity surveyors on large contracts.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
