About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Technical Services for the Scotland Region, the Building Services Manager will bring energy and fresh thinking to a well-established technical team within [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. The role is predominantly site-based, initially supporting projects in Inverness, Highland & Islands, and occasional Central Belt projects. You will be responsible for ensuring M&E design and installation is fully coordinated, cost effective, and compliant with contractual obligations.
What We Need From You
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Qualification at SCQF Level 10 (Degree level) in Mechanical/Electrical discipline or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional accreditation or ability to obtain
- Experience in M&E design coordination, client-facing, and subcontractor management
- Ability to produce M&E design, installation, and commissioning programmes
