What we need from you

Reporting to our Regional HR Business Partner, you will work collaboratively to ensure employee lifecycle processes run smoothly. Key responsibilities:

  • Provide or obtain the right to work in the UK
  • Travel to Eurocentral office and support wider projects
  • Qualification at SCQF Level 6 or higher (e.g., Highers)
  • Maintain high-quality data, manage systems, build strong working relationships
  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries, provide advice and guidance
  • Manage onboarding processes including paperwork, right-to-work checks, induction
  • Coordinate all training activity for the business unit
  • Support planning and delivery of social value initiatives
  • Have a real passion for the industry
