Here within the Construction Scotland Division, we work on projects across the Central Belt area as well as our projects up in Inverness. What we need from you
Reporting to our Regional HR Business Partner, you will work collaboratively to ensure employee lifecycle processes run smoothly. Key responsibilities:
- Provide or obtain the right to work in the UK
- Travel to Eurocentral office and support wider projects
- Qualification at SCQF Level 6 or higher (e.g., Highers)
- Maintain high-quality data, manage systems, build strong working relationships
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries, provide advice and guidance
- Manage onboarding processes including paperwork, right-to-work checks, induction
- Coordinate all training activity for the business unit
- Support planning and delivery of social value initiatives
- Have a real passion for the industry
