People Development Administrator
Location: Coventry | Contract type: Permanent - Full Time | Applications close: 27 May 2026
About the role
You will be working within our National Construction Business, where you will:
- Coordinate training plans in collaboration with the wider team to meet the needs of regional businesses
- Administer nationally delivered programmes and workshops including venue bookings, calendar scheduling, delegate communications, pre and post course activities
- Manage 360 feedback process from initial requests to recording completion.
- Manage the Psychometric Insights Portal – from initial requests work in collaboration with the People Development team to create the right learning experience
System and Data Management
- Maintain accurate training records and be the first-line support with queries on HR system (iTrent), Performance Management system (Talos 360 – formerly Appraisd), Learning Management System (Docebo)
- Track learner progress from enrolment through to completion
- Support compliance tracking and reporting for the Central Management Team
- Manage SHE compliance for the Central Management Team
- Be proficient with reporting on Business Objects to generate reports on learning activity, compliance and programme effectiveness
Administration and Finance
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Process invoices and support recharge processes to regions
- Ensure accurate and timely financial administration linked to L&D activity
- Claiming CITB grants relating to the Central Management Team
What we are looking for
- Experience working with HR and/or Learning Management Systems
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams essential)
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role (L&D or HR desirable)
