About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to provide planning management and support to both pre-contract (tender) and contract operations (live projects). Responsibilities include:

• Plan construction works from first principles
• Develop and produce fully logic linked and integrated tender programmes
• Engage with supply chain and team members to achieve optimum programme and build solutions
• Produce method statements, answers to quality questions, and ensure alignment with pricing
• Develop logistic plans, phasing plans, 4D elements, and CGI production
• Manage and update construction programmes, communicate to stakeholders
• Chair and lead Collaborative Planning sessions

Requirements

• Educated to degree or HNC (or equivalent) in Building Studies or related subject
• Significant experience in main contracting on projects between £10m and £80m
• Experience with JCT and NEC forms of contract
• Asta Power Projects experience is ideal
• Full UK driving licence essential
