Precast Contract Manager – South of England (Regional Role)

This is a regional role covering the South of England, offering the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality precast concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee precast installations including flooring, walls, stairs, and bespoke solutions
Attend site meetings as the company’s technical representative
Support tendering by providing input on cranage and site works
Ensure projects are delivered to agreed specifications, avoiding cost overruns
Supervise installation teams and maintain high safety standards
Identify and resolve site issues quickly, feeding back improvements to the wider team

About You

Proven experience in contracts or project management within construction
Experience with precast concrete (preferred)
Strong commercial awareness with hands-on, practical capability
Confident in both site environments and high-level meetings
Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
